The most anticipated comic ever, as evidenced by the gathering of snacks.

I loved the book, AND the movie, and I hope Illumina kicks him.
I’m thinking something like a clap though, and like a sonic light blast

I loved the books and the film. Seeing Robert DeNero pracing around as Captain Shake Spear was awesome.
Also there is something rather disturbing about the idea of his own sister giving him the clap 😛

I have both popcorn and a soft drink can ready to go with the next couple of panels – I presume that Illimina will not be resorting to a bear hug of her lost brother, but that would be a really REALLY cool thing for her to do also rather than imposing her powers on him .. whatever it is that her powers would do to him.

She’s going to move in close and hug her brother to an inch of his life.

Something more violent, I think. The hair flowing upwards suggests that if she was still on the ground we’d be seeing a chunky updraft. Those don’t end with hugs.

What will Illumina do next?

It would appear Delcan, that Illumina is standing up to you. I’m surprised is such a novel concept to you.

Career goals:
1) get a psychology degree/licence
2) Move to Metro City
3) Become certified so I will receive recommendation from both the Hero and Villain agencies
4) Profit.
And, you know, help very powerful people work through incredible psychological trauma relating to their work and/or childhood.

I’d add ‘gain minor superpower and good insurance’ to that list.
Imagine Raven from D.C. Teen Titans. Emotion based power outbursts that slice, exploded, and crush. A barrier power like Sue Storm (FF marvelverse) would make sessions more effective; because Raven won’t be held back by the ‘what if I blow-up the counselor/room’ factor.
Also invest in some psychic dampeners for you and your office. This will help when dealing with telepaths and readers. First, you aren’t leaking your feelings. Second, it makes the client put words to their feelings.

This is why you should never have all of your plans hook on one thing,Looks like idiocy is genetic in this family.I wonder how long hell try to use his powers on the one person whos immune to them before realising that he shouldve learned to either fight or bought a gun.

Illumina used Solar Beam! It’s super effective!

She’s channelling Sailor Moon!!!!
“What do stars do best? Shine.” – Yvaine to Tristan, just before vaporizing Lamia. Stardust.
