I do like me a redemption arc.

I really hope this IS a redemption arc, and not a prelude to him doing something evil. I’d love to see him get a blue card; Make and Break would be an awesome partnership. Alternately, she could go bad…

Glad to hear about the knee. Get better.

Her going bad. . . Seems a little off. Something terrible would have to happen to her to do so I think. But if it comes out that Make has basically been screaming for attention because his parents wanted ‘normal’ or something. It could be a redemption arc. And it would be nice to see more than Val trying to get people onto the right track.

I knew they’d be something more than adversaries…..!

They do seem to be enjoying the other’s company, I see a possible partnership coming up as they also have compatible powers.

Nothing like a common enemy to smooth things over 😉

Seriously, group projects are NOT a nice thing to do – especially to minors. There’s scheduling issues, location and transportation logistics, power/social dynamics… The risk to your grade just the cherry on a crappy sundae.

Honestly, I hated school projects too, but it forced me to talk and interact with people outside of my very small group of (super introverted and nerdy)friends and I made a few friends I wouldn’t have otherwise made because of it. I wouldn’t do it differently.

I remember a class project. I hadn’t said anything the entire year. When the group was making a mistake I opened the textbook by standing it on its spine and just popping it open to the correct page. Everyone was so impressed.

Another thing lost to the digital age.

    Although my scrubbing is improving.

Make and Break would be a great team. I feel like Val and Mak would love to get behind a program that helps reform young villains who want to change. Hazel could help too since she also changed her status the legal way. This could help Val feel like she’s making a difference even if she is trapped because she’s so good at being a side-kick.
