If it’s not one thing it’s another, eh?
Laura’s computer is…dead? In a coma? Dead but files salvageable? Dunno yet! She was trying to send me the comic at the time, too. Comic eaten, very sad.
Fortunately, I have more pets!
This is Mokey. She is a chonky baby. She is also keen on flinging herself to the floor if you’re walking towards her and rolling over.
UPDATE: Yeah, computer is totally dead. The hard drive melting during the biggest heat wave of the year may be a coincidence, but who’s to say? She’s got parts for a new one coming that will hopefully arrive in the coming week. Comic on the 22nd (hopefully).
Fortunately, I have one more cat!

Pretty kitty!
My cat adores tummy rubs. She’ll even twitch her back foot during a tummy rub, though not as vigorously as a dog does.

D’aw, chonky baby! My roommate’s cat does the same thing, flinging himself on the floor right where you’re trying to walk.

Mokey does like tummy rubs, but she will always grab your hand and start kicking and biting. Because tummy rubs are awesome AND playtime, see?
She’s also very mouthy when she’s cuddly and will lick and love bite when being petted. And when she’s really into it, she drools.
She will also lick your fingers if you present them to her, or if you just touch her when she’s at rest. She’s touchy about her feet, especially one of her hind feet. That foot got mangled somehow when she was a tiny kitten before the rescue got her, and it healed in an odd shape with a missing toe. She doesn’t like that foot touched and will kick if you try to touch it, and also will lick your hands until you stop poking her and pet her properly.

Ah yes the three ages of cat: Athlete, Chonky and Ancient One that is as thin as a rail.
CAT!! That reminds me of my kit-kat. He’s a big kitty too and rolls on his back all the time. Loves tummy rubs as much as a dog.
