Sidekick Girl

Welcome to Family Week!

Almost everyone in the four portraits to come is a supporting character.  We see the main cast all the time, so this was a chance to have a little glimpse into the lives of those who don’t drive the main story.  Each of these characters is also important to us personally, and has a full life and history both in and out of Sidekick Girl.  Some of them have had major plot roles in the past, and some of them will have larger roles in the future.  (That was not a hint, clue, foreshadowing, or suggestion to find connections.  Do not panic.  Find your towel.)

On to Ro and Joh.  We all know Joh Riley, the owner and proprietor of Riley’s Pub.  Ro has appeared twice; once in a photograph, and once (recently) filling in for Joh when he was sick.  They have the distinction of being one of the very few honest to goodness married couples in the comic.  They’re pretty much our favorite pair ever.
