Saving the City: Sans-Spandex

You’ve probably noticed that updates have been a bit sporadic lately.  This is likely to continue for a while.  The combination of new work hours and our busy time of year means that while we’re still going to shoot for Wednesdays, it might wind up being Thursdays sometimes.  On the plus side, we’re going to try to avoid our yearly November break, because we’re crazy people, and we don’t want to pause this very important arc.  We might do a short break once it wraps up.We’ll keep you updated, and thanks for your patience.

hair so floooatyyy

You always know that there is supreme badassery afoot when there is time for courtesy.

I’m picturing a kind of tag team. Illumina holds them in place, Val gets the information… In a purely non torture way, of course.

  2. The passing critic says:

Huh Is it me or has she only grabbed one of them?A bit wierd given that shes shown shes learned to lift more than one thing in private though I guess theres a big difference in using powers at home and using them in a hurry.

    • Ebonbolt says:

Could be stress reduces her capacity. Combat takes focus, multiple targets take multiply focused powers; Illumina might then focus on the next target, while holding the one still (which would, I’d think, take less focus than a moving target).

  3. Black Rose says:

I hope this badass thing don’t get out of hand for Mack’s sake, otherwise Val and the others will have to bring her back to reality…!

    • David Johnston says:

She’s handling her prisoner quite gently. Which could be why she’s not trying to handle more than one and leaving others for SG.

      • Ragingagnostic says:

That’s what I’m thinking. Illumina takes one and Val takes the others. This way, they both have something to do.
