Saving the City: Sans-Spandex

We have decided to move to an every other week schedule from now until the end of the year. We’ve been struggling to get back to once a week on time comics with everything that’s been going on, between one or both of us on overtime, the season for our nonprofit ramping up, and general brain fatigue.  Because, you know, 2020.

There will be a comic this coming Wednesday (9/30) and then every other week after that, with filler during November as per usual.

Wheeeen the moon hits your eye like a big pizza pie, that's a-mobster!

comic for you!

Also you are to wear these clown shoes and refer to yourself as Mary.

Why do cartoonists always draw crescent moons facing the wrong way?? The horns point UP, fercryinoutloud.

Nnnno. The horns point away from the sun. Which means that it depends on time of day, time of year, and latitude.

Yes, but this appears to be a night scene, so the Sun should be below the horizon and hence the horns should indeed be pointing upwards.

Oh dear god, *seriously*? The real moon also doesn’t have a black outline, and I don’t see you complaining about *that*.

    Not all heroes wear capes.

    I can actually answer this.

It’s a public service that I feel goes wholly unrewarded, because it helps point to the rest of us so who to avoid talking to at work or school.

No worries. I can’t imagine that I’d make the mistake of talking to you again once I got a load of your personality.

I’m torn between thinking you and Edward Gedeon are the same person, or just similar people who leave unnecessarily rude comments for artists.
