It looks as thought there might be a bit of prior planning around this. I LOVE the “Halt Criminals” underplay … very nice!

Overwhelming force is the best force.

Although I do wonder what all the other criminals around the city are doing right now with almost every superhero on this one job.

They are looking over their shoulders, wondering when the hammer will drop on them. But I question your premise, that there are only five hero/sidekick teams in Metrocity.

Impact and Haze are also both full heroes at this point.

I remember DC had a mini series called Tails From Gotham about the people living in Gotham City. One story had this gang of regular crooks with plans for how to deal with Batman, only to be foiled by GCPD who they didn’t even give a second thought to.

They’re probably leaving all the other villains to Sword and Shield, which means those two will be spread thin enough that Shield might finally get some action. He’ll be over the moon…
