I’m seriously hoping this vampire works more like Anne Rice/World of Darkness vampires (or maybe D&D vampires) and less like “the plague,” so that we don’t have to worry about Isauro going vampire just from one little bite.
If they’re following Stoker/Rice vampire lore, the vampire has to pass some of its blood back to the victim for their to be vampirism. He should be OK.
It might be a monitor thing, or maybe that I grabbed the wrong pixel with the eyedropper.
Mark’s hair is actually ‘black’ just like their uniforms are black. But true blacks don’t show up well when coloring lineart, because then you can’t see the lines or the shadows. So most of the time, I use a dark brown or grey to represent that black.
A little late with the timing there Mark.
…Are there going to be awesome half-vampire powers involved now? Or is it just gonna suck for everyone involved?

Now THAT is some cool text.
I suddenly noticed that Mark’s hair is black. Why is it black? It’s supposed to be dark brown right?

Vamp ain’t so pretty anymore.
I just realized that that vampire just popped a collar.
I enjoyed the vampire’s dumbfounded expression so much that I posted this comment.
Man that is a wonderful face.
Best wishes for a speedy recovery to Erika.
Black & white pages might actually be appropriate for fighting a creature of darkness like a vampire!
If you want, get a guest artist to fill in until Erika’s recovery?!?
Nice shout-out in that last panel, it that’s what it is.
And quite literally a shout-out at that. 😉
