His face in panel 4. Beautiful.

“Well, that didn’t go as planned. Also, MOMMY!”

Something to put in a frame and hang on the wall.

It’s like the look the Coyote gets right before gravity reasserts itself… or when he realizes that the anvil is still up there…

It’s the look of Dawning Realization. I *LIVE* for that look.

A broken jaw makes for a perfect derp face…

Panel 4. The moment you KNOW the wreck is happening, and all you have time to think is “Oh sh…”.

I was listening to Kid Rock – Bawitdaba it really added to the comic today. Glad to see the hero lose for once 🙂

There’s more to being a hero than carrying a blue card. There’s no way this guy’s a hero. The guy that went rogue to avenge his partner’s death was more a hero than this guy. Hell, SG’s henchman boyfriend is more a hero than this guy!

She’s trying to subdue, not kill 😛

The look on her face in the first panel is awesome.

And the best non-speaking roles award goes to Mr Bat!

The look on her face in panel 1 makes me wish everyone loved their jobs just as much as she does.

What I’m looking forward to over the next several updates:
Shiver: out of the hero agency, maybe goes over to villains?
Val: done with his crap finally.
Mack: gets back in time for squealing reunion hug, then starts pulling her weight in fights. SO glad that Shiver is finally getting held accountable for his actions. This arc has been a real eyeopener and makes us appreciate Mack even more.

Typical West Coaster…forgot where he is now, and that Detroiters LIVE with ice & snow 4+ months per year…granted, he wasn’t in town long enough to experience a Michigan winter, or a Great Lakes blizzard. I’ll bet he now wishes *his* sudekick outfit design hadn’t included knee protectors. Well, he’ll be “cooling his heels” for a good long time now…
