In most states, as far as I know, life in prison for all three for attempted murder. Then add on things like assault, resisting arrest, dangerous driving, and whatever would be associated with the original theft.

Oh, those fools are looking at an extended stay in the “iron bar hotel”. There is a fairly wide range of possible sentences depending on age of offender (read: juvie?), prior record, plea bargains, stuff getting tossed out on technicalities, merciful (or not) judge, and whatnot… That said, first degree attempted murder can quite easily get you a life sentence. Second degree attempted murder averages 5 to 15 years. An attempt that occurs while committing another felony, like burglary, is usually classed as second degree, but it varies by state. Here is another thing, are heroes legally law enforcement? If they are, then that’s assaulting an officer, or attempted murder of an officer, which is almost always even more harshly punished. With the other crap these three pulled added on, I’d guess likely 20+ years jail time.
Disclaimer: I’m not an attorney. I’ve an uncle who worked for the FBI, and some other relatives who, ah, made bad decisions, so I have some observations to draw on. If you need actual, real life legal advice, for God’s sake get a proper lawyer!

Maybe there are extenuating circumstances to bring this all down to a lesser charge?
Maybe the $3000 ish dollars is needed to buy a life saving thingies for someone’s sibling(s)/cousin(s)/pet something or other/extra-terrestrial who needs to get back to their point of orgin(s)? Or to enter their homemade vehicle/device built from scrap parts in a junkyard/cave in the big regional race? Maybe they need it to complete the device they created to be ready to enter in the twelfth annual “I built this in a cave out of a box of scrap!” competition that could get the group a collective paid internship at Stark Industries? 😛 😀

Think you are overestimating the sentence. Haze said deadly assault charge, that’s what they charge you with if you use a weapon in a crime but don’t actually hurt anyone badly. Like the robber who shot themselves while trying to pull a gun out of their waistband. Haze might be being nice since they are obviously dumb or there can be in-universe laws that treat bullet proof people differently. Bike guy wasn’t the one shooting so unless they live in a 3 strikes state that gives automatic life sentences for 3 or more felonies, he is probably looking more at 5 to 10, maybe as little as 1 if he agrees to testify against the actual shooter and gets time off for good behavior. Isauro was arrested for worse and was out in a few weeks so if they sign up for the villain agency there might be special rules involved.

Most places have policies that if you are part of the crime at all you are charged with everything that happened. Thus the guy driving the getaway car is still responsible for the guard that got shot and killed. This makes it a little easier on the investigative team, as they don’t have to prove that you were one of the three people waving guns around out of five masked individuals committing a robbery, where only one was stupid enough to pull the trigger.

I find it highly disturbing that so many observers on this thread know about crime, its specifics, punishments and penalties. I suppose I COULD put it down to Google (you can learn anything online, apparently) but a lot of this information seems oddly specific. Who are you people, anyway?!
In real life, what sort of time would you get for a list of serious crimes like that?
