blonde hair below mask is another vote for ‘deceased’ brother.

Yeah I’m starting to lean that way myself.

Is there an uncensored version of the second panel in the second row?

Glad to see people embracing the ‘deceased’ brother theory…! 😀

Im starting to like this guy,Hes dangerously genre savvy!=3.Though that was pretty mean of him he does kind of have a point about illumina,999 times out of a hundred shes useless as a superhero and things have gone horribly wrong with pretty much all of her sidekicks til now.

  • Jordan on October 28, 2015 at 12:34 PM

Ouch… that was pretty harsh. True, but harsh. Half the time Ilumina is the one in need of rescue, which puts the civilians in further danger.

  • HAKKYOUNOTENSHI on November 1, 2015 at 10:30 PM

The worst part is Illumina might actually be the most able to do the most harm to him. Remember, she can turn herself into a living flash grenade. If he need to see in order to successfully use his powers, blinding him could render him helpless.

I dunno. It seems unlikely that his powers rely on vision to work since his costume already has one eye covered.

  • Ghostforge on November 7, 2015 at 11:13 PM

You know that in any trope-heavy form of fiction if the bad guy has a full face mask with only one eyelet that means like nine times out of ten he only has the one eye.

  • Prince Charon on November 11, 2015 at 12:27 PM

That was my thought, too. Of course, he may have replaced the other eye with cyberwear.

And that’s why censored swearing works better than uncensored. Partly because you can just fill the blanks yourself, which means the swearing might be even more brutal than what the writer thought… or sillier for funsies
