Heh, I’m glad somebody else also double-posted!
I agree, trying out the new moves on a low-level antagonist like these poor guys is the sensible way to go. In a few in-universe weeks I hope to see Val just zipping through the air, bouncing off serious badguys, as though she herself really can fly!

Hmm. They need to practice more. Val won’t always have the opportunity to request lifts in the middle of the action. They need to get so finely attuned that Mac instinctively knows when to lift Val and where to aim her, with very little in the way of vocal cues from Val. This might mean that Mac should hang back a bit so she can get a comprehensive view of the battlefield. And both must study strategy and tactics.
