Saving the City: Sans-Spandex

That’s actually an incredibly cool and creepy power.
Speaking of creepy powers, it would be neat to see a comic with people with powers that would make them villains in most works, but are trying to be good people, and, moreover, trying to help people. To hammer the point home, some of the villains have ‘good’ powers, but use them in a ruthless way.
Something like Doom Patrol, sorta. but without being quite so surreal.

There’s this web serial novel (like a webcomic, only with no pictures) called Worm, in which the main character can control bugs. She’s… well, it’s complicated, but she’s a hero now. A creepy hero.
Also, there’s loads of examples on TV tropes under Good Powers, Bad People (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/GoodPowersBadPeople) , and also Bad Powers, Good People (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/BadPowersGoodPeople).
But I agree, it’s very interesting. Seeing as Dollmaker doesn’t have to use dead bodies though, that power could be used by a hero. Just attack using cuddly toys! (Actually, that one also happened in Worm. It’s that kind of crazy story).
So, this Dollmaker chap… Pretty dangerous guy with that power.

I don’t know, just using dolls an teddy bears sounds almost as creepy, what with that uncanny valley dead eyed stare.

Yeah, I’m seconding the nightmare fuel vote.

If the Coroner survived his disintegration and gained ‘possession’ as an ability, he’d probably look a lot like this.
He was already immortal before he was vaporized… who better to pull a Manhattan?

Now, the real danger is if he can kill a hero and then use their body with their power.
