    WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN?!

You can’t end it like that! I mean sure you can but GAH! The Cliff-est of all Clinffhangers! First the latest Black Butler ends right after Agni dies to multiple stab wounds from an unknown assailant and now this?!

    ( deep breath )

    OK, so I need to learn patience. I love you both, I just hate waiting every week for your amazing story. Not that I am mad just… It’s a flaw -_-;;

Good luck getting everything done, see you after the con. I’m going to bed like a good Pygmy. Grumble Grumble…

Hey! Spoilers! I don’t watch the show so it doesn’t really affect me, but the point still stands.

It means “Oh, no. Today isn’t Ice Cream Day. You can’t be having ice-cream today!”

Alternatively, he was planning something and his only weakness is Mack.

Or maybe he’s secretly dating someone else and doesn’t want Mack (or Val?!?) to find out, and Mack wasn’t supposed to get home until tomorrow?

I’m amused how “he” is simply whistling as he zips around in the first panel. There is just something so normal about it and the situation that is amusing to me.

Dang, after all these years we’re still getting vague looks at this character. So many thoughts.

Does he know Val or Mack in some fashion? Was he some old college friend of Val’s who also got sidelined into Sidekick and dropped out, and found actual powers? Does he have some other reason for being a vigilante beyond “Bureaucracy Idiocy?”

So much to wonder about this guy.

I wonder why he didn’t want to confront Mack and Val?!?!?

  • Mischa Avros on April 26, 2017 at 12:05 PM

Maybe he IS eventually planning to something about the agencies, but doesn’t think now is the time.

  • Kit on April 28, 2017 at 12:55 PM

What if he was reacting to… Val? The future Vigilante? Maybe this is just the universe where Val doesn’t become an asshole.

Mac is still ‘the light’ in this timeline, as it is a manifestation of her born powers, whereas Val is not this timeline’s Dark.

Mac is the Vigilantte’s (Can we call him Virgil?) opposite, the power of light being the best suited to take on Dark.

I mean, if two powers are so different they cannot interact (ghost vs gun thug) then neither can defeat the other, and Mac is at least partially in the wavelength of the Dark’s powers enough to affect each other.
