Liefield joke doesn’t need an approval.

I can’t draw extremities either, so I’m in no place to judge (then again, I don’t attempt to pass off my lack of art skills for profit), but WHAT is with Liefeld and pouches?

I know it’s a little late (if you can call two years “a little’), but Liefeld was likely inspired by belts like this one:
These types of belts were used by soldiers to carry ammo from WWI through the Vietnam War and beyond. This one in particular is a WWII-era cartridge belt for an M1 Garand. Given how often Liefeld’s characters used guns, it makes sense they’d want to carry a lot of ammo.

I’m kinda partial to the 2nd, “simple” version. Looks very tough and kinda badass. Maybe not with the small eyemask though; Robins have worn that for enough decades that it still carries a feel of “sidekick”. (Then again, he still is one, so maybe that’s appropriate.)

The second and third ones both look good to me. I don’t get what Hazel has against the third one.
Liefeld joke – not sure I approve, but it’s subtle enough I suppose. :-p Did like the designs throughout, though. Nicely drawn. 🙂
